根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，以2025年上半年人工智能及高性能算力PCB收入规模计，胜宏科技以13.8%的市场份额位居全球第一，且于2024年以相同指标位列全球第七，市占率达1.7%，核心应用涵盖AI算力卡、服务器、AI服务器、数据中心交换机、通用基板等关键设备。胜宏科技具备生产100层以上高多层PCB制造能力，是全球首批实现6阶24层HDI产品大规模生产，以及10阶30层HDI与16层任意互联（Any-layer）HDI技术能力的企业。

业绩方面，2023年至2025年，胜宏科技收入分别为79.31亿元（人民币，下同）、107.31亿元、192.92亿元；公司拥有人应占年度溢利分别为6.71亿元、11.54亿元、43.12亿元；整体毛利率分别为20.7%、22.7%、35.2%，表现亮眼。
